Want to know more about KWARTS?

As a promising scale-up supported by a strong Belgian investors network, KWARTS focuses on artificial intelligence to improve the customer experience, from Corda Campus. Our team members share one and the same mission: connect technology, data and people to leverage organizations to a higher commercial level. We have a strong Vertical focus on Life Science, but operate broader as well.

Throughout the years we have developed our own software technology (SaaS), together with Hasselt University and VLAIO, that enables companies to map the complete experience trajectory of an individual customer and proactively respond to his/her needs. Like a chess master our technology learns based on each individual behavior and adaptively thinks multiple steps ahead. The result: a sustainable improvement of the customer experience on the long run.

We integrate seamlessly with common systems for CRM and marketing automation, so that commercial teams can activate tangible insights from their trusted environment. Next to that we also connect other data sources such as invoicing systems and market data, to enable our software to consider the commercial impact of each on- and offline action.
